• I created this painting the other night as a full blown art therapy moment. The energies have been so intense and my chest felt like it was going to explode, I kept thinking I didn't know what to do to feel better. Eckhart Tolle's voice popped into my head "you must accept this present moment as if you have chosen it". So I accepted EVERYTHING. Then I painted this part of myself who has the power to choose, who can cut through all the BS and see clearly, who doesn't need to become the flame because she already is. Who stands on a thousand petaled lotus grown from the best muddy sh*t available 😜 Dont forget "no mud, no lotus". I wasn't going to share this, but I think it's important to talk about how we get through the tough stuff in order to support each other, and who knows maybe next time sh*t hits the fan Eckharts words will now be in your head ;) And you will be reminded of the TRUTH of your power and brightness from this image.

  I stand tall in truth, 
  I know what is real. 
  I know who I am.
  I AM the flame.
  I am the fire. 
  I am the sword. 
  I am Desire. 
  I burn these curtains of illusions, beliefs that were never mine.
  From the light of a thousand suns I was born, I claim my birthright to Shine."
